Do my tenants need to pay to use it?
No. Tenant logins are free and unlimited. They can pay, upload receipts, request repairs and download their statements from any phone.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Choose monthly or annual to continue. If you don't, your back office is paused — nothing is deleted, and your tenants can still see their accounts.
Is my data private?
Each landlord has a separate account; other users can never see your properties, tenants or files. Data is backed up daily.
Do I need a PayPal account to subscribe?
PayPal handles the billing, and you can pay with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card through PayPal's checkout.
Can tenants pay me online?
Yes — connect your own PayMongo account and tenants can pay rent by GCash, Maya or card. Payments are recorded and receipted automatically.
Does it work for transient houses, staycations and apartelles?
Yes. Set a unit to daily/transient (or both monthly and daily), add nightly, weekend, weekly or monthly-stay rates, and take bookings at the desk or through your own online booking page with a live availability calendar. Double bookings are blocked automatically.
Can I manage condo units?
Yes — record the tower, unit, floor and parking slot, and the monthly association dues. Dues can be added to the tenant's bill automatically, or kept as your own expense.
